Gin & Peach Tonic
Ingredients:
40 ml Gin Lubuski
100 ml tonic
10 ml peach–passionfruit syrup
Ice cubes
Preparation:
Pour gin and syrup, add tonic and stir gently.
Taste: Slightly bitter with fruity sweetness
Pollo alla Panna
Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips or cubes 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc recommended) 1/2 onion, finely chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, or parsley) Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Sear the chicken – In a large skillet, melt the butter or heat the oil over medium heat. Add the chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside. 2. Deglaze with wine – In the same pan, pour in the white wine and let it simmer for a couple of minutes, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. 3. Add the cream – Pour in the heavy cream, stirring well. Let it cook on low heat for a few minutes until slightly thickened. 4.
