Effect: Pastel pink with a lighter creamy top – artistic, Instagram-ready
Glass: Low glass (old fashioned)

Ingredients:

40 ml Gin Lubuski

50 ml pitaya juice

30 ml coconut juice

10 ml peach–passionfruit syrup

Ice cubes


Preparation:

Shake gin, pitaya juice, and syrup with ice.

Pour into a glass with ice.

Gently pour coconut juice on top to create a creamy pink layer.


Taste: Exotic, creamy, slightly tart
Decoration: Coconut flakes or mint leaf 🌿
