🍜 Chicken Chow Mein Recipe (Serves 2–3)

đź›’ Ingredients: For the noodles & stir-fry: 200g egg noodles (dried or fresh) 1 large chicken breast (sliced thinly) 1 carrot (julienned or thinly sliced) 1 bell pepper (any colour, sliced) 100g bean sprouts (optional) 2 spring onions (sliced) 2–3 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying) For the marinade: 1 tbsp light soy sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tsp cornflour (cornstarch) Pinch of white pepper (optional) For the chow mein sauce: 2 tbsp light soy sauce 1 tbsp dark soy sauce (for colour) 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp sesame oil 2 tbsp water --- 👨‍🍳 Instructions: 1.
